A ‘SPEAK UP’ OPTION

We won’t report your concerns to your organisation without your consent. We may, with your permission, anonymously share issues and themes with your organisation.

 

What we are not

 

COUNSELLING

Restorative Services does not replace any Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) or counselling services.

ADVOCACY

Your union or lawyer can provide advocacy for you. We are happy to work alongside them.

MANDATORY

Any work we do together is entirely voluntary at all times, and designed to meet the needs of all involved.

DISCIPLINARY

While we can help you navigate formal options, will not participate in any formal investigations or disciplinary matters.

What you can expect from us:

ADVICE

You may simply be struggling to understand your options, and want some support thinking through what you need.

We’ve worked with your organisation to understand their internal options and policies, and we bring our added experience of external pathways and options to help answer your questions.

 

RESOLUTION

You may need some support working through tensions, harm, or conflict with a colleague. We offer a supported restorative pathway to resolving these issues.

 
 

What happens with your information when you use our services…

 

Your personally identifiable information, such as your name, contact details and the nature of your issue, is confidential. Information you share with us will be used to respond to your concerns and provide you with appropriate guidance.

We may report and make recommendations to your organisation on themes arising from the service, but this will always be done in a way that maintains confidentiality, unless you request otherwise.

The only exception to our confidentiality is if we believe there is a serious risk of physical harm or health and safety, in which case we may take appropriate steps.
